A reputable construction company in Dar Kulaib is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a high level of productivity. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. A competitive salary of $1800 per month will be offered. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
