Office Assistant
We are in need of an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administrative work and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome candidates of any nationality who have their own visa.
