You will oversee the entire pastry department, supervise and train junior pastry chefs, and ensure that all desserts are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sweets, creativity, and extensive knowledge of different pastry techniques. You must also have excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
