Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, locations, and topographical features. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to gather data, create maps and reports, and provide accurate measurements for engineering, construction, and other projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, locations and topographical features
- Create detailed maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide accurate measurements for engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and developers
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain survey equipment in proper working condition
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a land surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Dar Kulaib
