A well-established restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain is seeking a motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Recommending menu items and upselling when appropriate
- Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set up before and after each guest visit
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Accepting payment and providing accurate change or processing credit card transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits or visas
