Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Isa Town. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks according to project specifications
- Inspect equipment before each use and perform necessary maintenance tasks
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times, following proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors on site
- Follow excavation plans and blueprints to ensure accurate digging and grading
- Monitor the excavation process to avoid damage to underground utilities or structures
- Report any accidents or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting
- Valid Excavator Operator license/certification
- Excellent understanding of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and excavation plans
- Physically fit with good depth perception and hand-eye coordination
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
- Must have own transportation
- Valid work visa for Isa Town
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality work

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. The selected candidate will also receive free visa sponsorship and airfare.

Location:
This position is located in Isa Town, Bahrain. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in the area.
