Part-Time Personal Trainer
We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis at our fitness center in Isa Town. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients, guiding them through exercises, and providing support and motivation to help them reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns.
- Design customized workout plans based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide recommendations for healthy eating habits.
- Keep records of clients' progress, including measurements, weight changes, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer.
- Strong knowledge of different exercise techniques, equipment, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to adapt workout plans based on individual needs and limitations.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Ideal for students or those looking for additional income. Compensation will be provided at a rate of 1100$ per month without accommodation.
