Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Isa Town. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments used in industrial settings. This includes but is not limited to flow meters, pressure gauges, thermocouples, and level transmitters.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate and maintain instruments according to technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions or defects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Program and configure control systems for various instruments
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on instruments
- Assist with equipment upgrades or replacements as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation principles
- Familiarity with programming languages such as PLCs or DCSs is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (preferred)
- Must be willing to work without accommodation

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Isa Town, Bahrain (preferred)
