Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Isa Town. You will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress of construction projects and report any issues or delays to senior management
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and progress reports
- Participate in meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Prior experience working in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Isa Town (open to candidates from all nationalities)
