Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Isa Town. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and supervising on-site activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed on time
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Monitor progress against project schedule and adjust plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Salary:
This is a part-time position paying $1100 per month.
