Merchandiser in Isa Town, Bahrain



We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in retail stores to attract customers and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed appropriately.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, and make recommendations for product assortment.
- Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that aligns with current trends and customer demands.
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and terms.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop strategies for maximizing product visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and special promotions.
- Build strong relationships with store managers to ensure our products receive optimal placement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
