Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Accommodation will be provided for female candidates.
- Must have good English language skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly for new guests.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Process payments using POS system.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service.
