Loader Operator



A well-established construction company in Isa Town is seeking a part-time Loader Operator. This position is suitable for men with no prior experience and does not include accommodation.

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move materials around the construction site. This includes loading and unloading materials, moving dirt and other debris, and assisting with general site cleanup.

This role requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to operate complex machinery. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to safely maneuver the equipment around the site.

Responsibilities:

- Operate loader equipment to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Move dirt, rocks, debris, and other construction materials as needed
- Assist with general site cleanup, including picking up trash and debris
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs for the equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must have own transportation to get to/from job site in Isa Town

Salary:

This is a part-time position paying $1200 per month.
