We Are Looking For:
We seek professionals who will take ownership of recruiting general workers and overseeing the entire hiring process. You can choose to work from our office in Bergen, Norway, or remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source, create, and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews (assessment plans for most roles are already in place).
- Present job opportunities and company values to candidates effectively.
- Provide full support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Recruitment: Individuals with experience in recruitment, HR, or sales, especially in international employment, are preferred.
- B2B Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with international employers.
- Multichannel Recruitment: Expertise in leveraging various platforms such as job boards, social media, and Telegram for sourcing candidates.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Experience or Willingness to Learn: Prior experience in recruiting general or skilled workers is an advantage, though we offer full training for recruits.
