Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Monitor budget and expenses, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
- Prepare financial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Manage tax filing process and liaise with external auditors as needed
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Salary: 1200$ per month.
