Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah. Our company specializes in construction projects and we are looking for someone with experience in managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising various construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region. You should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Create project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they adhere to project plans and specifications
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Monitor project budgets to ensure they are within allocated funds
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Manage any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Hire and train new team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Jeddah preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a valid visa and be eligible to work in Jeddah
