Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office. This position is open to Pakistani and African nationals who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for the team
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
- Helping with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assisting with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1700$
