Sales Associate


A reputable retail store in El-Ain is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Promote and sell products by providing accurate information to customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in stocking shelves and keeping inventory levels updated
- Meet sales goals and targets set by the store manager

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam, both verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
