Office Assistant

We are a busy office in Medina seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative or clerical role and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to the office staff. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role as you will also be responsible for greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is crucial in order to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow. This is a full-time position with a salary starting at $900 per month. Our company offers a positive work environment and opportunities for growth. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Medina.
