We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position involves providing administrative support to our company's operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails, forwarding messages as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred
