Office Assistant in Sharjah
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with data entry and documentation
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
