A well-established construction company in El-Ain is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This is an urgent position, and we are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality who are able to work with minimal English language requirements. The ideal candidate will also have their own visa and be willing to relocate to El-Ain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports, maps, and plans
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to survey instruments to maintain accuracy
- Manage survey crew and ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Keep detailed records of survey data and provide updates to project managers as needed
- Provide guidance to junior surveyors and assist with on-the-job training

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required
- Proficient in using various land surveying equipment
- Ability to analyze data, identify potential issues, and provide solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
