Head Chef


As a head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations of our Indian and African restaurant in Sharjah. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong knowledge of Indian and African cuisine. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are a must. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. English speaking candidates preferred.
