Administrative Assistant for English-Speaking Company in Medina, Egypt
The role of Administrative Assistant is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our English-speaking company in Medina, Egypt. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and update company records and databases
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized office space
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
