Sales Manager - Ajman, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management in a similar industry
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred

Salary:
1200$ per month (plus commission)
