Junior Florist in Medina



We are currently hiring a talented and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Medina! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a keen eye for design. As a Junior Florist, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from creating beautiful floral arrangements to assisting with event planning. Responsibilities:

- Assist senior florists with daily tasks such as preparing flowers, arranging bouquets, and maintaining inventory
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for floral designs
- Create unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events
- Help with event planning by suggesting flower arrangements that complement the theme or atmosphere
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
- Ensure that all client orders are delivered on time and meet their expectations

Requirements:

- Passion for flowers and a strong sense of creativity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to take direction from senior florists
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary & Benefits:

In this role, you will receive a competitive salary of $1300 per month. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company as well as training programs to enhance your skills. As an employee, you will also receive visa sponsorship if needed.
