As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing excellent grooming services to clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will use your skills and creativity to create stylish and modern haircuts, shaves, and facial hair grooming for customers of all ages. You must have a strong passion for the barbering profession and be able to provide high-quality services while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming service
- Provide suggestions and recommendations based on client's hair type, face shape, and personal style
- Perform various hair cutting techniques such as scissor cuts, clipper cuts, fades, and beard trims
- Shave facial hair using traditional straight razors or modern electric shavers
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools after each service
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and hairstyles
- Upsell products and services to clients to increase sales revenue

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language (spoken)
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of service
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:
