Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Mecca. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for budgeting and inventory control, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of food and beverage industry regulations. Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation are also essential. As this position involves working with a diverse team and communicating with customers from different backgrounds, fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
