Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Mecca. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, monitoring inventory and finances, and creating and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Salary: 1700$ per month
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Create work schedules for staff
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Manage finances, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to improve workflow and address concerns
