Entry-Level Executive Chef
We are seeking an English-speaking Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. This is an entry-level position for individuals without prior experience in the culinary industry. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and eager to learn from our experienced team of chefs. As an Executive Chef, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to standard recipes
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Follow food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
Requirements:
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Salary: $1000 per month
