Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
for events or busy periods
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
