A well-established restaurant in Ajman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for an Indian national with excellent English communication skills to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12th grade education and at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff training and development, inventory management, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is operating in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire our team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to handle any issues that may arise during your shift. In addition, you should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
