We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Riyadh. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Manage project resources effectively to minimize costs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience with budgeting and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction techniques and local regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome candidates from Pakistan or Malayalees who have the required skills and experience.
