Surveyor - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other geographic features. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data and creating maps and reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Experience with land surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and levels
- Strong knowledge in surveying techniques and principles
- Ability to read maps and construction plans
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have a valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and topography
- Use surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, and other features of the land
- Analyze survey data using computer software and create maps and reports for clients
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds or descriptions of properties surveyed
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on site to ensure accurate placement of structures or improvements on the land
- Keep accurate records of surveys conducted

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation will not be provided. However, we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate. The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
