About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team and help us create delicious baked goods for our customers. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of products such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. The ideal candidate should have experience in both traditional Indian/Pakistani baking techniques as well as modern baking methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to traditional Indian/Pakistani recipes.
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing.
- Ensure quality control by following strict guidelines for ingredients, measurements, and baking times.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Maintain proper inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for daily baking operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in an Indian/Pakistani bakery or restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian/Pakistani baking techniques.
- Familiarity with modern baking techniques such as fondant work and cake decorating.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Good communication skills in English.
