Crane Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials according to project plans and specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the best approach for lifting and moving materials
- Perform pre-operational checks on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition
- Safely rig loads and attach them to the crane hook or other lifting devices
- Use hand signals or radio communication to guide other workers during lifts
- Monitor crane gauges and controls while operating to ensure safe movement of materials
- Maintain accurate records of lifts and inspections performed on cranes
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid certification as a crane operator from a recognized institution or authority
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their specific operations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work in high-stress situations while maintaining focus on safety protocols
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an asset)
- Indian nationality preferred
