Office Assistant
We are urgently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically open to Malayalees with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
