Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our company in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office records. You will also be expected to provide support to executives and team members, handle incoming correspondence, and assist with special projects as needed. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and the willingness to take on new challenges. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of $1500 per month and is open to candidates of all nationalities.
