Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi preferred but not required.
Salary: $1800 per month
