Sales Manager

We are a rapidly growing company in Lusail seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
- Train new sales employees on company products, services, and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: 1200$

Location: Lusail
