A well-established construction company in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps and legal documents.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to locate property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Use various surveying tools such as GPS, electronic distance measuring equipment, and total stations
- Prepare accurate maps, sketches, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Analyze survey data to create visual representations of land features
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Train and supervise junior surveying staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with previous experience working in the UAE.
