Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Mecca. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role is required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday.

Location:
This position is based in Mecca.

Nationality Preference:
