Merchandiser for Retail Store in Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and organized to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary restocks or orders
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products to bring into the store
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times
- Train and supervise other merchandisers in the store

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Good understanding of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility for employment in Saudi Arabia

Salary:
1500$ per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to Pakistani nationals with English speaking proficiency. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
