Merchandiser Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Jizan. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing product strategies, and managing inventory levels to maximize sales and profitability. Your main duties will include conducting market research, creating product displays, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and a keen eye for visual presentation. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
- Develop product strategies based on market analysis and target audience
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers' attention
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and promotional opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of products
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
