A reputable company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Malayalee candidate with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or related role
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must be a Malayalee national with valid residency in Qatar
