We are a reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal components used in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in welding and hold relevant certification. You must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, possess knowledge of different welding techniques and materials, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine proper welding methods
- Operate and maintain welding equipment
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with hot metals
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Welder in the construction industry
- Relevant certification in welding
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
