Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support
- Set sales targets for the team and evaluate their performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building successful teams
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary:
