Housekeeping Supervisor



We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities
- Order, stock, and manage inventory for cleaning supplies
- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety measures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
