Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Mecca, Saudi Arabia)



An upscale restaurant in Mecca is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Indian cuisine, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about Indian dishes and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist with setting up for special events or private parties as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic fluency is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
