Job Title: Merchandiser for Retail Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our retail team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and optimize product display in our stores. Our ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and optimize product display
- Develop effective store layouts and visual displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing team to ensure product availability
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and ensure they adhere to company standards
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of current market trends and customer preferences
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for product placement
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Indian nationality preferred
